Project Description
This was an expedited project for the construction of 4 towers and related custom designed antennas for the USAF. Work was initiated and completed in 28 days; ahead of schedule and on budget. Work included and was not limited to; civil/site and electrical engineering, development of BoM and vendor management, excavation, tower installation, concrete, lines and antennas, lighting, lightning protection, and testing. This was in a remote area of the base.
Waterleaf identified esoteric and unique antenna components and worked directly with manufacturers to ensure on time delivery of components critical to operations and schedule.
Waterleaf served as prime for this contract and managed all aspects of its implementation including; staffing, engineering on-site project management, and equipment sourcing, as required to complete this project ahead of schedule and on budget.
